1.2 Minimum Commitment: Membership requires a minimum term of 6 months.1.3 Billing: Payments are processed automatically every two weeks.1.4 Membership Fee Waiver: After 1 year of continuous membership, the $49.99 or $69.99 membership fee is waived.

2. Services Included

2.1 Mini Details:

Up to 2 mini details per month. Includes basic interior and exterior cleaning.

2.2 Regular Car Washes:

Up to 4 regular washes per month. Includes exterior wash, tire cleaning, and window cleaning.

2.3 Flat Tire Repair:

One flat tire repair per month (1 nail). Additional nails will incur a charge of $5 per nail.

2.4 Tire Rotation:

Includes rotation of all four tires every 6 months, provided the member has maintained at least 3 months of membership.

2.5 Fluid Inspection:

Basic inspection of vehicle fluids (e.g., oil, brake fluid) every 3 months.

3. Membership Benefits

3.1 Tire Discount:

Members with at least 6 months of active membership are eligible for a 50% discount on one set of new tires annually.

3.2 Single-Vehicle Policy:

Membership applies to one vehicle only. The last 4 digits of the VIN must be provided at enrollment.

4. Membership Restrictions

4.1 Non-Transferability: Membership is tied to the vehicle specified at sign-up and cannot be transferred to another vehicle.4.2 Vehicle Condition: Vehicles must be in operable condition to receive services. L.A. Tire reserves the right to deny services if mechanical issues prevent proper service delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation:

Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, any outstanding payments for the minimum 6-month term must be fulfilled.

5.2 Refunds:

Payments already made are non-refundable. Members retain access to services until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Modifications to Membership Terms

6.1 Changes to Pricing and Services: L.A. Tire reserves the right to adjust membership pricing, included services, or terms with a 30-day notice.6.2 Member Notification: Members will be notified via email or other contact methods provided at enrollment regarding changes to their membership.

7. Liability and Limitations

7.1 Service Limitations:

Membership services do not cover major vehicle repairs or damage caused by accidents, neglect, or misuse.

7.2 Disclaimer: L.A. Tire is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
